Orthox Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Orthox, a public software service provided by Avilion Technologies for interaction through Discord.

1. General Information

Orthox is public software intended for public interaction and communication purposes. The software integrates Avilion AViOS® Orthox Stable V2.2 into Discord using the Discord.py API and Avilion Systems API.

Orthox is free to use. Donations may be accepted but are not required.

2. Intellectual Property

Orthox is not open-source software. All rights are reserved by Avilion Technologies.

This document may be modified at any time without prior notice.

3. Intended Usage

Orthox is designed for conversational interaction and language generation, not factual archival reproduction. Requests attempting to reproduce entire books, films, or copyrighted material may produce incomplete or inaccurate results.

4. Commands and Features

/activate — activates Orthox in a channel and processes prompts through the API
/help — displays command assistance
/reset — resets your session instance if memory overload occurs
/imagine — generates images using available AI models
/generate — generates images using the Pollinations AI model

Additional features may be added in future versions.

5. Privacy

Server-side message logging has been disabled since version 2.1 to improve user privacy.

During troubleshooting, administrators may temporarily inspect logs to diagnose technical issues.

Users may request deletion of previous usage data by contacting support and providing their Discord username.

6. Availability and Maintenance

Orthox may be taken offline temporarily for maintenance or system upgrades. Typical maintenance periods last approximately 5–10 minutes.

System-wide resets may occur when required for stability.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Orthox is provided “as is”. Avilion Technologies is not responsible for:

Any damages resulting from use of the software
Content generated by the AI model
Interpretation of generated responses

Generated responses are personalized and do not represent official statements by Avilion Technologies.

8. Abuse and Restrictions

Avilion Technologies reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to any user or server intentionally attempting to disrupt or degrade the service.
